目的:研究广西壮族和瑶族民间常用药材当归藤的化学成分,为开发利用当归藤药材资源提供实验支持。方法:乙醇回流提取当归藤药材,浓缩成浸膏,用系统溶剂分离法萃取得到不同极性的当归藤提取部位,然后用硅胶柱层析法对石油醚部位进行分离纯化,得到的单体成分通过波谱方法进行鉴定。结果:从石油醚部位分离得到4个化合物,经结构鉴定其中的两个分别是豆甾醇(Ⅱ)、维生素E(Ⅲ)。结论:这两个化合物均为首次从当归藤中分离得到。
Objective A Study on the Chemical Constituents of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Embelia parviflora Wall. To pro- vide the experimental data for the better development and utilization of Chinese medicinal materials. Methods Firstly, pre - test the chemical composition of Embelia parviflora Wall. Then use the system solvent extraction separation method to get a different polarity of the extraction site, separation and purification of petroleum ether and ethyl acetate with silica gel column Chromatography method. Then use of the MS, 1H - NMR and 13 C - NMR technology for structural identification of compounds. In addition, also analyze the dif- ferent parts of the volatile oils by GC - MS. Results and Results Isolated and purified 4 compounds from Circumfluence extraction method of petroleum ether. Respectively is Stigmasterol and Vitamin E. Conclusion This is the first time that compaund of chemical compound were isdated from Embelia parviflora wall.
