DC-SIGN是一类表达在树突状细胞上的重要C型凝集素受体,能识别和捕获多种糖基化抗原,与不同的糖基化配体及病原体作用可能参与不同的免疫调控。目前,DC-SIGN在调控免疫应答中的作用被广泛的研究。本文拟主要综述DC-SIGN与不同的配体及其下传的不同信号在调控免疫应答中所起的作用。
DC-SIGN is one of lectin-like receptors specially expressed on dendritic cells,which can recognize and capture many kinds of glycosylated antigens.It is suggested that different carbohydrate ligands and different pathogen maybe result in different immune responses via interaction with DC-SIGN,according to reported research works.In the present paper,we reviewed immunophenotypic and signal difference after DC-SIGN interacted with different carbohydrate types.
