试验选用1日龄AA肉鸡128羽,随机分成4组,每组4个重复,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加0.05%、0.10%、0.15%的纤维素复合酶。研究添加不同剂量粗纤维素复合酶对肉鸡生长性能、消化酶活性和免疫功能的影响。结果表明,粗纤维素酶制剂提高了肉鸡体增重(P〈0.05),显著降低了料肉比(P〈0.05),且以添加0.10%纤维素酶制剂组生产性能最好。日粮添加粗纤维素酶制剂可提高肉鸡小肠和血清中淀粉酶(P〈0.05)、脂肪酶(P〈0.05)的活性,且以0.10%纤维素酶制剂添加量提高效果最显著,而对胰蛋白酶活性没有显著影响。粗纤维素复合酶增加了脾脏重和脾脏指数,0.1%和0.15%纤维素复合酶显著提高了肉鸡胸腺重(P〈0.05)和胸腺指数(P〈0.05),但对法氏囊没有影响。
Total 128 1d-age AA broiler chickens were randomly allocated to four groups with 4 replicates,and fed commercial starter diet and the diet supplemented with cellulase 0.05%,0.10%,or 0.15% respectively,to study the effects of supplementary cellulase on the growth performance,digestive enzyme activities and immunity function of broilers.Results:Adding cellulase increases the average daily gain of broilers(P0.05) and decreases feed gain ratio(P0.05).The group 0.10% displays the best production performance.Adding cellulase preparation compensates the deficiency of endogenesis enzymes,stimulates the secretion of endogenesis enzymes and increases amylase(P0.05) and lipase(P0.05) activities of duodenum and serum,while the effect on trypsin activity is not significant.Cellulase preparation enhances spleen weight and spleen index.Feeding with cellulase supplementation of 0.10% or 0.15% increases thymus weight(P0.05) and thymus index(P0.05),while little effect on bursa of Fabricius.
