分析中国—东盟B2B电子商务平台中4类不同实体以及它们的信用需求,设计了适合于中国—东盟电子商务的两种信用管理模式,在基于内部信用结构的基础上提出有效的信用信息管理系统结构和信用信息服务体系,并研究了信用管理系统的实现关键,以解决平台中合作企业之间、交易对象之间存在的信用评估问题。
After analyzing four types of entities on the ASEAN-China B2B E-commerce platform and their credit demands,this paper designs two credit management models for ASEAN-China E-commerce,proposes an effective systematic structures for credit information management and a credit information service system.In the end,it studies the key factors in realizing the credit management system with a purpose of helping to address the issue of credit evaluation between cooperative businesses and trading partners on this platform.
