相分离技术是近年来制备组织工程支架的一项新技术。研究了溶剂、溶液浓度、降温速率对多孔材料微孔结构的影响,确定了获得微米-纳米尺度微结构的参数。通过试验探索出了用高凝固点溶剂低温快速冷冻制备PLGA纳米结构的方法,讨论了溶剂影响微米-纳米多孔结构的因素。通过选取适当的溶剂、冷冻温度和溶液浓度,可以控制获得的多孔结构的尺寸,制备更适合细胞黏附、增殖的组织工程支架。
Phase separation is a new method to get a tissue engineering scaffold. By changing the parameter such as solvent, concentration and the frozen temperature, the micro-nano structure can be obtained. The scale of structure can be controlled by adjusting the parameter said before, and this benefits for making tissue engineering sealfold more suitable for the cells adhesion and growth.
