In view of lack of semantic for supply and demand network （SDN） collaborative, to meet the knowledge-based application interoperability and support collaborative of supply and demand network, the paper proposes a knowledge coordination framework and hierarchical architecture of SDN based on semantic Web. Besides, a new model of ontology translation of SDN is put forwards. The discussion focuses on local ontology mapping of ontology building algorithm and global ontology mapping of multi-Similarity of semantic measurement, adjust weight based on Wavelet Network.
