针对单轴对称六边形孔蜂窝梁的力学性能进行系统研究,并在此基础上探究其简单实用的设计式。通过采用有限元软件ABAQUS建立非线性有限元模型,将其与已有试验资料进行对比分析,结果表明该模型具有足够的精确度。基于此有限元模型,分别研究在跨度、开孔率和孔间距不同的情况下,单轴对称六边形孔蜂窝梁的力学性能。结果表明:开孔率是影响强度承载力的主要因素,跨度是影响稳定承载力的主要因素,其他因素对力学性能的影响较小,最后给出了简化计算式。
It was systematically studied the mechanical properties of monosymmetrical hexagonal honeycomb beam, based on which convenient and practical design formulas were explored. A nonlinear finite element model was set up, which was compared with the existing test data, and the results proved that this model had enough accuracy. Finite element software ABAQUS was used to set up model. Mechanical properties of these models were studied under conditions of different span, the opening rate and hole spacing. Results showed that the opening rate was the main factor influencing the bearing capacity, the span was the main factor influencing the stability, and other factors had less effect. Finally, a simplified formula was proposed for engineering reference.
