在对相关文献回顾、分析的基础上,研究了科技型人才聚集、高新技术产业聚集与区域技术创新之间的互动机制,并提出了相应的理论假设。通过构建结构方程模型,利用内地29个省级区域的相关数据对提出的理论假设进行了实证检验,研究发现:①科技型人才聚集与高新技术产业聚集之间存在正向互动关系,且后者处于主导地位;②科技型人才聚集与区域技术创新之间存在正向互动关系,且前者处于主导地位;③高新技术产业聚集对区域技术创新存在显著正向效应;④三者之间虽然存在显著相关性,但相互影响程度偏低。
After reviewing related documentations, this paper put forward relevant theoretical hypotheses based on analysis on the interaction mechanism between science and technology talent accumulation , high-tech industry agglomeration and regional technologic innovation. With relevant data obtained from 29 provincial level regions, theoretical hypotheses as mentioned above are verified by SEM. It has been found that there is a positive interaction between science and technology talent accumulation and high-tech industry agglomeration in which the latter is dominant, that there is a positive interaction between science and technology talent accumulation and regional technologic innovation in which the former is dominant, that high-tech industry agglomeration has a significantly positive effect on regional technologic innovation, and that though a positive correlation is existed between these three variables, the level of correlation is low.
