为了获得二甲苯异构体邻二甲苯、间二甲苯和对二甲苯的表面张力参数,补充现有数据不足,为其作为化工合成原料、汽油及替代燃料添加剂等工程应用提供技术支持,建立了悬滴法实验系统,利用正庚烷检验其精确性和可靠性,并对邻二甲苯、间二甲苯和对二甲苯在303.15-393.15K温度范围内的表面张力进行了实验研究,得到了57组实验数据。利用得到的实验数据,拟合得到了邻二甲苯、间二甲苯和对二甲苯的表面张力计算方程。表面张力计算方程计算值和实验数据之间的绝对偏差在±0.1mN·m^-1以内。所获得的表面张力实验数据和计算方程,可为邻二甲苯、间二甲苯和对二甲苯的工程应用提供基础热物性数据。
The xylene isomers (o-xylene, m-xylene and p-xylene) have been widely used as the raw materials to synthesize of many organic compounds in petrochemical industry and the additives in the gasoline and alternative fuels. The pendant drop method experimental setup was developed and the pure heptane was measured to test the accuracy and the reliability of the setup. To obtain their surface tension and remedy the shortage of the existing data, the o-xylene, m-xylene and p-xylene were measured in the temperature range from 303.15 to 393.15 K and 57 groups of the experimental data were obtained in the present work. These experimental data were used to fit the equations of the surface tension. The absolute deviation between the calculated surface tension from the correlation equation and the experiment results is within ±0.1 mN · m^-1. The experimental data and calculated equations obtained in this paper can provide the basic thermal physical data for the engineering application of o-xylene, m-xylene and p-xylene.
