Four framents including ITS rDNA region were succesfully amplified with PCR from four Radopholus similis Throne populations, GFCh, HANh, GZll and GZlbs. Sequencing and blast yielded high homogeneity with sequences of R. sirnilis populations from GenBank. Cluster analysis suggested that the four populations might come ,from different geological areas.
