[目的]分析小学生体质指数(BMI)与重要脂肪细胞因子的相关性.[方法]采用整群抽样方法抽取延边地区朝鲜族和汉族小学生3 879名作为研究对象,调查一般情况,测定BMI、血清脂联素(ADP)、脂肪细胞脂肪酸结合蛋白(A-FABP)、瘦素(LEP)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平.采用国际生命科学学会中国肥胖工作组(WGOC)制定的BMI标准评价学生的BMI分级.[结果]调整年龄、性别和民族的协方差分析结果显示,延边地区小学生LEP,TNF-α,A-FABP平均水平均随BMI水平增高而升高,差异均有统计学意义(FLEP=1 003.39,FTNF-α=14.55,FA-FABP=47.57,P〈0.001);延边地区小学生ADP平均水平随BMI水平增高而降低,差异亦有统计学意义(FADP=66.27,P〈0.001).Spearman相关分析结果显示,延边地区小学生BMI与LEP,TNF-α,A-FABP水平呈正相关(r值=0.428,0.130,0.197,P〈0.01),与ADP水平呈负相关(r=-0.195,P〈0.01).[结论]延边地区小学生BMI与不同脂肪细胞因子均密切相关,且BMI与不同脂肪细胞因子相关性程度有所不同.
OBJECTIVE To analyze the correlation between BMI and important adipocytokines in elementary school students.METHODSA total of 3 879Korean-Chinese and Han nationality students was selected in elementary school of Yanbian area by cluster sampling,and it was measured that the general condition,body mass index(BMI,kg/m2),adiponectin(ADP),adipocyte fatty acid binding protein(A-FABP),leptin(LEP)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels.The levels of BMI were stratified by WGOC.RESULTSThe results of covariance analysis after adjustment of sex,race and age showed that the levels of LEP,TNF-αand A-FABP were progressively higher along with increasing the level of BMI(FLEP=1 003.39,FTNF-α=14.55 and FA-FABP=47.57;all P〈0.001),and the level of ADP was progressively lower along with increasing the levels of BMI(FADP=66.27,P〈0.001).Spearman correlate analysis showed that BMI was positively related with LEP,TNF-αand A-FABP(r=0.428,0.130 and 0.197;all P〈0.01)and was negatively related with adiponectin(r=-0.195,P〈0.01).CONCLUSIONBMI in elementary school students of Yanbian area is closely related with different adipocytokines,and the correlative degree between BMI and different adipocytokines has some different.
