以质量损失率、超声波速值以及抗压强度比为评价指标,对废玻璃粉混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀的性能进行了研究,并通过SEM(扫描电子显微镜)和XRD(X射线衍射)对其进行了微观结构分析。结果表明:各混凝土试件的质量损失率随侵蚀龄期增长均先增加后减少;在相同的浸泡龄期下,取代相同质量的水泥,不同取代率的废玻璃粉混凝土的超声波速值均大于粉煤灰混凝土的超声波速值,其抗压强度比也均大于粉煤灰混凝土的抗压强度比,PC30B20的抗压强度比最大,达到1.55。微观结构分析进一步说明,与粉煤灰相比,废玻璃粉更有利于改善混凝土的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能。
Properties of sulfate attack resistance of concrete with waste glass powder were investigated.Concrete specimens were tested in term of loss mass rate, ultrasonic velocity value and compressive strength ratio, and their microstructures were also analyzed by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD).Results show that the loss mass rate of all concrete specimens increase firstly and then decrease with the immersion age extended.The ultrasonic velocity value of concrete containing waste glass powder at the different cement replacement levels were higher than fly ash,and the compressive strength ratio had a similar trend,PC30B20 was the highest,up to 1.55.Microstructure analysis furtherly demonstrate,compared with the fly ash,the waste glass powder is beneficial to improve the properties of sulfate attack resistance of concrete.
