面向流水线生产的企业,由于产品品种多、配套厂家众多,如何协调供应商按照生产线的生产节拍进行准时配套供应是个难题。以分布式供应商计划为研究对象,建立以采购成本最低、零部件准时、齐套供应为多目标的分布式供应商计划模型。设计基于改进蚁群算法的求解算法,提高了分布式供应商计划的准确性。通过运行小数据将该方法与枚举算法对比,表明该算法在运行小数据量时与枚举算法的结果相同。最后以某企业为实例对该方法进行了应用,并与基本蚁群算法和文献算法进行了对比分析,验证了该方法具有较好的优化效果,从而为流水线生产企业提高准时化生产水平提供方法支持。
For assembly line production oriented enterprises,because of their numerous product categories and supporting manufacturers,how to coordinate vendors to supply parts to meet the production target remains a problem.Taking the distributed supplier planning as the research object,this paper establishes a multi-objective optimization model aiming at enabling the lowest purchasing cost,as well as the punctual and complete parts supplying.Designing an improved ant colony algorithm to solve this model,we improve the accuracy of the distributed supplier planning.By running a small amount of data to make a comparison with the enumeration algorithm,we find that this algorithm has the same result with the enumeration algorithm.In the end,an enterprise is taken for example to apply this method,furthermore,the suggested algorithm is compared with basic ant colony algorithm and the literature algorithm.Thus it's proved that this method has a good optimization effect and provides method for the enterprises to implement the just-in-time production.
