Vocabulary system is composed of words flocking together of different meanings. Words flocking together of the same meaning are equal to a vocabulary category. In the words expressing the meaning of ‘ stubborn ’ in Zhu Zi Yu Lei （朱子语类）,namely, Classified Conversations of Master Zhu Xi,“乖”,“戾”,“很”,“狠”,“愎” and “倔” are classical Chinese used in old China while “拗” and “强” are vernacular Chinese which appears sub-sequently.
