翘嘴鳜F3~F5群体选育效果分析

采用群体选育方法获得翘嘴鳜(Siniperca chuatsi)F3、F4和F5子3代,通过与对照组生长性能对比评估翘嘴鳜选育效果.结果表明,选育组F3、F4和F5代的体重、体长、全长和体高均显著高于对照组,体重分别比对照组提高11.51% 、17.34%和20.79%.各生长性状间的相关系数均达到极显著水平.选育组3代的体重变异系数分别为18.17%、16.37%和14.86%,体长变异系数分别为11.29%、9.47%和8.12%,均显著低于对照组.F3、F4和F5代的代均选育效应分别为3.8%、4.5%和4.2%,翘嘴鳜的选育效果明显,F3、F4和F5代的生长性能均有了显著性提高,个体的生长速度更加趋于一致.同时,F5代仍具有较大的选育潜力,可继续对其进行选育.

英文摘要:

Mass selection was performed for constructing three generations (F3, F4 and F5) of Siniperca chuatsi, and the effect of selection was estimated in contrast to the control group. Results showed that the growth traits, including body weight, body length, total length and body height of the three generations were significantly higher than those of the control group. Compared with control group, the body weight of the three generations improved by 11.51%, 17.34% and 20.79%. The high positive phenotypic correlations were observed among the four growth traits of the three generations. Variation coefficient of body weight of the three generations were 18.17%, 16.37% and 14.86% ,and variation coefficient of body length of the three generations were 11.29%, 9.47% and 8.12%, those were significantly lower than those of the control group. All these resuhs showed that selection response of the three generations was remarkable, and the individual growth rate obviously improved and turned to be consistent in the selected population. It also indicated that there are still some selection potentials in F5 generation.
