采用溶胶凝胶法制备SnO2凝胶,通过一步浸泡法将SnO2凝胶修饰到不锈钢网上,通过高温煅烧和紫外照射得到接触角为0°的超亲水SnO2@不锈钢网。用接触角、扫描电子显微镜及能量弥散X射线谱对制备的改性不锈钢网进行表征,表明SnO2粒子被成功修饰到不锈钢网表面。 SnO2@不锈钢网对有机溶剂和油类物质具有高选择性和分离效果,仅通过重力作用即可分离油水混合物,油的回收率可达90%以上。该研究为油水分离提供了一种经济、高效、环境友好的方案。
A novel kind of modified stainless steel mesh was prepared by immersing the stainless steel mesh into modified tin dioxide hydrosol, which was prior prepared by slo-gel reaction. Subsequently, the superhydrophil-ic surface was fabricated by high-temperature calcination and UV radiation. The as-prepared superhydrophilic SnO2@stainless steel mesh was characterized by water contact angle measurement and scanning electron microscopy ( SEM) with energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy ( EDS) . The results show that tin dioxide particles were success-fully modified onto the stainless steel mesh surface. The prepared stainless steel mesh exhibits superior selectivity and separation efficiency ( >90%) to organic solvents such as different kinds of oil via subsequent gravity sedi-mentation. This study should provide an economical, efficient and environmental-friendly method for the oil-water separation.
