为进一步分析重载作用下裂纹转子的转动特性,采用交流无级调速器的模拟转子试验台进行了重载作用下裂纹转子的模拟试验。分别分析裂纹深度、位置、载荷及转速等因素对裂纹转子的不平衡响应的现象,根据不同频程下裂纹转子的振幅变化情况,研究裂纹转子不平衡响应的振动特性,得到重载作用下裂纹转子不平衡响应的特点,即裂纹越深越靠近跨度中央则峰值越大,频程越高振幅越小。
For the further analysis of the rotation of the cracked rotor under heavy load, in this paper, the test is maked by the simulation of rotor test platform with AC stepless speed . According to the amplitude variation of cracked rotor under different frequency range, we analyse the phenomenon of the crack depth, position, load and rotation speed, etc, study the vibration characteristics of a cracked rotor unbalance response, and obtain characteristics of unbalanced response of cracked rotor under heavy loads. In order to further analyze the rotation characteristics of cracked rotor under heavy load, some positive effects are also played. That is the deeper crack near the central span is the larger the peak value, and the higher the amplitude frequency range is smaller.
