在室内条件下,研究了温度、光周期和补充营养对淡足侧沟茧蜂成虫寿命的影响。结果表明:随着温度的升高,成蜂寿命缩短,成蜂寿命在不同温度间有显著差异;补充蜂蜜和清水能显著延长成蜂寿命;在18℃饲喂10%蜂蜜水条件下,雌蜂和雄蜂寿命最长,分别为17.05d和15.44d;在38℃不饲喂条件下,雌蜂和雄蜂寿命最短,分别为1.70d和1.95d。同时,运用二次回归正交旋转组合设计,分别建立了以淡足侧沟茧蜂雌蜂寿命和雄蜂寿命为目标函数的二次回归模型,可预测不同温度和光周期组合下的侧沟茧蜂成蜂寿命。

英文摘要:

The effects of temperature,photoperiod and supplemental nutrition on the adult longevity of Microplitis pallidipes were examined under the laboratory conditions.The results indicated that the adult longevity decreased with temperature rising,having a significant difference between different temperatures,and could significantly be prolonged by supplying honey and water.At 18℃and under supplying 10%honey water the adult longevity was the longest,or 17.05 d for the female and 15.44 d for the male,while at 38℃and without supplemental nutrition it was the shortest,or 1.70 d for the female and 1.95 d for the male.Also the quadratic equation regression models of the female and male adult longevities were established by using the quadratic orthogonal rotation combination design, which could predict the adult longevities under different temperature and photoperiod conditions.
