贴片机导轨结构较为复杂,且对精度的要求较高,针对在设计贴片机导轨的过程中,对设计人员的经验依赖过多,需要重复查阅大量的数据和图表的问题,分析了转塔型贴片机的导轨结构及其参数选择与设计,并以Visual C++6.0为工具,基于SolidWorks二次开发技术完成了贴片机导轨快速设计系统。该系统实现了对导轨参数化选择与计算,并依据尺寸驱动的原理对参数化的导轨模型赋值,实现了整个导轨装配体的自动快速设计,有效的提高了设计效率,缩短了产品开发周期。
The guide rails in mounter have complicated structure and high precision requirement.Aiming at the problem of relying too much on design experiences and consulting large amounts of data and charts repeatedly when designing guide rails,it analyzes the guide rail structure and its parameter selection and design,taking Visual C++6.0 as a tool,and a rapid design prototype system for the guide rail in mounter is developed based on redevelopment of SolidWorks.This system can realize parametric selection and calculation for the guide rail,assign parameterized model of the guide rail according dimension-driven,and achieve rapid design of entire guide rail assembly automatically.It improves the efficiency of the product design and reduces development cycle.
