以高锰酸钾和双氧水为原料,采用沉淀法制备了介孔二氧化锰催化剂,利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、比表面积(BET)和傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)表征二氧化锰的形态结构。以介孔二氧化锰为催化剂,在室温、常压、无光照条件下对甲醛气体进行了催化氧化试验。试验结果表明,二氧化锰具有良好的催化氧化活性,能将甲醛催化氧化成二氧化碳和水,4h甲醛有效净化率达到99%。
The mesoporous manganese dioxides were synthesized by precipitation of potassium perman- ganate and hydrogen peroxide. The morphology structure of manganese dioxides was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), brunauer emmett teller (BET) and Fourier transform in- frared spectroscopy (FTIR). Mesoporous manganese dioxide was used as catalyst of formaldehyde catalytic oxi- dation tests under normal temperature and pressure and matt environment. The catalytic oxidation activity of manganese dioxides was confirmed by the degradation test of formaldehyde. The results showed that after 4 h, the formaldehyde could be oxidized to carbon dioxide and water, and the formaldehyde purification efficiency was 99%.
