提出两种易于实现的方法——钛合金基体腐蚀去除法和基体残余应变不平衡法,测试体积分数为0.3的SiC纤维增强Ti基复合材料中的残余热应力。这两种方法测试结果比较接近:基体中的残余热应力分别为293MPa和281MPa,纤维中残余热应力分别为684MPa和657MPa。计算得出了制备SiCf/Ti时产生残余热应力的起始温度为704℃。
Two facility measurement methods were supposed to decide the longitudianal thermal residual stress in the Ti-matrix composites reinforced by SiC fibers.One is the way of removing the matrix titanium alloy by eroding the matrix and calculating the residual strain in fibers,another is measuring the macro-deformation of the unbalanced sample and then to get the stress.The thermal residual stress in the Ti-matrix composites reinforced by the SiC fiber with the volume fraction of 0.3 is 293 MPa and 281 MPa for matrix and 684 MPa and 657 MPa for fibers,respectively.The results obtained by these two methods are very close.At the same time,the calculated temperature above which the composites are free of stresses is about 704 ℃.
