RASSF gene family （Ras related area family）,multiple genes from RASSF1 to RASSF10 of the gene family participates in many biological processes including cell proliferation,differentiation,metastasis and apoptosis. The research of RASSF gene family has become a hot field in the world. The mechanism of action of RASSF gene family in tumor are briefly reviewed in this article.
