目的 研究灯盏细辛视神经保护的活性成分。方法 采用植物化学分离方法,结合体外视网膜神经节细胞存活影响实验,从灯盏细辛视神经保护有效部位分离化学成分,运用现代波谱方法进行结构鉴定,并进行化合物的视神经保护活性测定。结果 从灯盏细辛乙酸乙酯部位分离得到7个化舍物,经鉴定为:槲皮素(1)、芹菜素(2)、飞蓬苷(3)、东茛菪素(4)、咖啡酸(5)、3-O-咖啡酰基-奎宁酸(6)和野黄芩苷(灯盏乙素,7)。结论 其中东莨菪素(4)、咖啡酸(5)、野黄芩苷(7)具有视神经保护活性。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the optic neureprotection components of Erigeron breviscapus. METHODS Associated the pharmacological experiment of influencing on retinal ganglion cells livability, pharmacological activity screening of the active fraction of Erigeron breviscapus was carried out, then the chemical constituents of the active fraction were isolated by chromatography methods, and the structures were elucidated by spectral analysis. The gained component activities to optic neuroprotection were determined. RESULTS Seven compounds were obtained from the active fraction of Erigeron breviscapus. These chemical structures were identified as quercerin (1), apigenin (2), erigeside (3), scopoletin(4), caffeic acid(5), 3-O-caffeoyl quinic acid(6)and scutellarin(7). CONCLUSION Scopoletin(4), caffeic acid (5) and scutellarin(7) have activities of optic neureprotection.
