Compared with single entrepreneurs,entrepreneurial founder team(EFT) can bring a diversity of resources for the new enterprise,which become the important foundation of survival and development of a new enterprise.Along with the development of new enterprise,the members change of the EFT become a universal phenomenon,including members′ exit and enter.Only correctly understanding and grasping the dynamica of EFT in the process of enterprise growth,can we better cope with the imbalance problem that EFT may occur along with the development of the enterprise,enableing EFT to provide appropriate management and resource support for growth of new enterprise.
