面畸变缺陷是指车身外覆盖件成形回弹阶段产生的深度在几十~几百微米的局部小凹陷,严重影响车身外观和使用性能。文章以车门把手特征件为模型,通过有限元仿真分析和实验验证,表明该模型能够准确预测车门把手特征件的面畸变缺陷;研究了影响门把手特征件面畸变缺陷的材料、工艺和型面几何因素,并且通过薄板回弹理论和材料硬化方程,分析其影响机理。
