In order to reduce the cost of stock and guarantee airplanes＇ continuous airworthiness,the quantitative order model is established. By analyzing the data of part of air material consumption ,the center moving average method is used to obtain the seasonal index which is used as weighting coefficient to correct the model so as to improve the accuracy of purchasing quantity of air materials. Experiments show that the model can provide theoretical guidance and decision-making support for planned purchase of air material spare parts.
