本文用溴化十六烷基三甲胺(HDTMAB)改性的天然斜发沸石微填充柱,建立了顺序注射在线分离富集电热原子吸收法测定水中Cr(Ⅵ)及铬形态分布的方法。方法测定Cr(Ⅵ)的线性范围为0.1~3.0μg/L,检出限为0.03μg/L,精密度为3.7%(1.0μg/L,n=5),采样频率为16/h,当进样体积为200μL时的富集倍率为5.6。用本法测定了标准水样GBW08608中的铬,所得结果与标准值相符。另外测定了自来水中的铬及其形态分布,加标回收率合格。
A sequential injection procedure for chromium speciation coupled to electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry was developed by using a micro-column packed with clinoptilolite zeolite modified with hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide (HDTMAB). A linear range of 0.1-3.0μg/L for chromium (Ⅵ) was obtained along with a limit of detection of 0.03μg/L. The precision was derived to be 3.7% (n=5) at 1.0 μg/L Cr(Ⅵ), and an enrichment factor of 5.6 was achieved with a sampling frequency of 16/h. The procedure was applied for the speciation of chromium in a certified reference material of water GBW08608, and the obtained result agreed well with the certified value. Recovery test was performed for a tap water sample, and the results were satisfactory.
