人类已经完成了三次工业革命,目前正迈入工业4.0时代,新形势下现代企业迫切需要具有创新能力的人才,而专业型研究生的出现是为了向社会提供具有创新与实践能力的复合型高水平储备力量。本文在专业型研究生现有培养模式的基础上,探究能够培养出面向企业需求、具有创新能力的专业型研究生的新型模式。

Research shows that three industrial revolutions have been completed and now we are entering the 4.0 era of industry. People who have the ability to innovate are the urgent need of modern enterprises under the new situation. The emergence of specialized master students is to provide the society with a high level reserve force with innovation and practice ability. Based on the existing training mode, this paper explores the new model, which can cultivate specialized master students meeting the enterprise demand and have innovative ability.
