纳米金作为研究较早的一种纳米材料,在光分析检测尤其是用于生物分析方面日益受到人们的关注。本文结合本课题组在纳米金方面的研究,综述了近年来纳米金光学探针在生物分析方面的应用进展,并对其发展前景进行了展望。综述引用文献45篇。

英文摘要：

As a kind of earlier nanomaterials,the application of gold nanoparticles has caused much attention in optical detection,especially in biological analysis.A review is presented on the optical detection in the field of the life sciences,which cites 45references including the works from our group. The tendency of nano-gold probe in bio-analytical chemistry is also discussed.
