针对四连杆液压支架的缺陷提出了基于并联结构的液压支架,运用ANSYSWORKBENCH对并联液压支架和四连杆液压支架的立柱进行了有限元分析,得到应力云图和变形云图,通过对比分析得到并联液压支架立柱的受力情况要优于四连杆液压支架立柱,为并联液压支架的设计提供了理论依据.
Aiming at the defects of the four-connecting rod hydraulic support, the hydraulic support based on the parallel structure is proposed. Using ANSYS WORKBENCH software, the finite element analysis of stress and deformation is carried out on the column of parallel hydraulic support and the four-connecting rod hydraulic support. By comparing and analyzing the force condition of column, the parallel hydraulic support is better than that of the four-connecting rod. The theoretical basis is provided for the design of parallel hydraulic support.
