基于平衡记分卡的设计思想,从财务、顾客、内部经营流程、学习与发展等4个方面构建了综合测度企业物流与供应链系统绩效的记分卡;记分卡涉及企业战略及组织间的协调能力、计划及执行能力、物流效率、信息技术应用能力4个方面,在此基础上设计了调查问卷,并在中国范围内开展了大规模的企业调研,获得206份有效问卷;利用调研数据,比较了国有企业、外资企业、民营企业在物流与供应链各方面绩效上的差异;还构建了记分卡上物流与供应链绩效4个方面间关系的结构模型,分析它们之间的相互作用关系,并提出了具有启发意义的观点。
Based on the design ideology of balanced scorecard, this paper constructs a scorecard to synthetically measure the performance of firms'logistics and supply chain system from four aspects, which are finance, customers, inner managing flow and study & development. The scorecard covers 4 aspects and has 22 measurement items. The four aspects are strategy & organization, planning & implementation capability, logistic efficiency and application of information technologies respectively. An extensive survey has been conducted in Chinese firms and 206 qualified questionnaires have been collected. The authors have compared the performance difference of Logistic and Supply Chain in state - owned enterprises, foreign- owned enterprises and private enterprises. The relationship between the four aspects is analyzed and a structural model is specified. The study's findings provide managerial insights for firms to understand and improve their logistics and supply chain management.
