为了研究掘进顺序对充填巷采煤柱稳定性的影响,以济宁三号煤矿十八采区矸石充填巷采工程为背景,根据掘进巷道时邻近巷道的充填数目建立了3种数值计算方案,应用FLAC^2D平台综合分析了3种方案巷道围岩应力、变形、破坏规律及流变特性,得到了巷道围岩垂直应力峰值、剪应力峰值、顸板下沉量及两帮移近量随煤柱宽度的变化规律,和巷道顶板下沉量及两帮移近量随时间的变化规律,可为充填巷采工程设计和研究提供参考。
In order to study the effect of tunneling sequence on coal pillar in tunnel mining with gangue filling, based on the project of roadway mining with gangue filling in the 18 mining area of Jining 3# coal mine, 3 numerical computation schemes were determined under the different numbers of filled roadway near where tunneling is made, the stress, deformation, failure law and rheological properties of roadway surrounding rock for the three schemes were systematically analyzed by using FLAC&2D, the changing laws of peak vertical stress, peak shearing stress, roof subsidence and the convergence of two sidewalls of roadway surrounding rock with the increase of width of coal pillar, and the changing laws of the roof subsidence and the convergence of two sidewalls with time were obtained. The results could provide references for the design and research of roadway mining with gangue filling.
