[Summary] Insulin neuritis （ also referred to as treatment-induced neuropathy in diabetes） is considered a rare iatrogenic small fibre neuropathy caused by an abrupt improvement of hyperglycemia in patients with previously poor glycemic control. We hereby presented a case with insulin neuritis, discussing the pathogenesis, clinical manifestation, diagnosis and treatment, so as to help further understand of this disease.
