Atrazine is a herbicide widely used in the world,it can he detected in water body in many countries. Atrazine is suspected to be a factor for amphibian decrease, but this is still a subject of much debate. In this paper, the research condition on the development impact and the mechanism of action of atrazine on amphibian were well discussed ,and the focus of the debates among many scholars and interested issues were presented.
