无花果内生真菌分离鉴定及其活性研究

目的:分离和鉴定无花果Ficus carica植物内生真菌,并对其进行活性筛选。方法:采用形态学方法对分离菌株进行鉴定,以金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、白菜黑斑病菌、苹果腐烂病菌、小麦赤霉病菌、草莓枯萎病菌、青霉菌为测试菌对分离得到的植物内生真菌进行抗菌活性实验。结果:从健康的无花果植物的根、茎、叶中分离共获得61株内生真菌。属于5纲,7目,12科,20属。抗菌活性试验表明有40株内生真菌具有抗菌活性,占总内生真菌的65.57%。结论:无花果植物内生真菌多样性丰富,具有很好的研究和应用价值。

英文摘要:

Objective:The aim of this study was to isolate the endophyte of Ficus carica and screen of its antibiotic activities. Method:The endophytic fungi were indentified by morphology,Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Alternaria brassicae,Valsa mali,Fusarium graminearum,F. oxysporumf. sp. fragariae,Penicillium notatum were selected as the indicator to test the inhibitory activity of the isolated strains. Result:Sixtyone strains of endophytic fungi were isolated from the healthy root,stem and leaf of F. carice,which belonged to twenty genera,twelve families,seven orders and five classes. Of them forty strains were antimicrobial. The percentage of antimicrobial strains to tested strains is 65. 57% . Conclusion:It indicated that the endophyte of F. carica were diversity and rich and has the best research and application value.
