以场群为对象的风功率调控可有效把握、利用多风场间的功率互补性与同时性,体现调控的经济性与高效性。据此,针对含储能风电场群,提出一种基于风功率预测信息的有功优化调控方法。该方法依据小时级时间尺度下的预测功率优化风场及场群的输出功率参考值,继而以高精度单点预测值对场群内储能、机组的运行状态进行优化,最终实现以场群总弃风功率与总缺额功率最小为目标的有功优化调控。该调控模型可通过对输出功率参考值的区间化处理以体现电网侧调控的适应性,通过预测趋势对当前优化边界的限定处理以反应当前优化对未来趋势的响应性。仿真分析表明,对比单风场调控,场群有功优化在调控效率与经济性方面均有显著提升。
Dispatch and control of active power of wind farm clusters can effectively utilize complementarity and simultaneity of power among wind farms, thus embodying economy and efficiency in dispatch and control. Based on forecasting information, a new dispatch and control method for active power of wind farm clusters with power storages is proposed. Firstly, according to forecasted power of hourly time scale, reference value of output power is optimized. Secondly, operation of storage and wind turbines in clusters is optimally dispatched. Finally, objective of active power dispatching is realized, minimizing total power curtailment and total power shortage. Meanwhile, range of reference value and prediction tendency for current optimization boundary limit are all considered in this method, reflecting adaptability for grid operation and responsiveness of current clusters regulation for prediction tendency. Simulation result shows that compared with regulation of a single wind farm, the method proposed in this paper is useful for improving regulation efficiency and economy.
