建立了定向凝固液态金属冷却工艺的温度场和微观组织数学模型,开发了具有自主知识产权的模拟软件。通过测温试验及晶粒组织形貌的对比验证了模型的准确性。基于温度场的模拟结果,预测了铸件的显微缩松缺陷,并和试验进行了对比,发现试验和模拟结果符合良好。对实际铸件进行了晶粒组织的腐蚀,结合模拟结果,分析了铸件容易产生杂晶的部位,提出了相应的防止措施。
Mathematical and physical models of liquid metal cooling process were established to simulate the temperature field and microstructure.A simulation software with independent intellectual copyright was developed.The accuracy of the model developed were validated by the cooling curves and grain structure morphology.The micro-porosity in the castings based on the temperature filed was predicted to compare with experimental ones.The simulated results were well in agreement with the experimental ones.Combining with the grain etching for the casting and simulation results,the possible position for the stray grain has been analyzed.Then,some corresponding measures were presented.
