实施“一带一路”国家战略首先要解决道路互联互通问题,交通基础设施等因素影响区域旅游经济的集聚和扩散,是旅游业转型升级和提质增速中重点关注的问题。根据新经济地理学理论,本文基于2001—2014年“一带一路”省际面板数据,构建空间杜宾模型,实证分析交通基础设施等因素对区域旅游专业化的空间效应。结果表明:“一带一路”旅游专业化的全局变动表现出明显的空间关联特征,呈现“俱乐部集聚”现象;区域旅游专业化水平之间具有显著的空间溢出效应;不同形式交通基础设施等因素对区域旅游专业化的直接影响和空间溢出效应存在空间差异。
The first issue we have to deal with in implementing the national strategy of the Belt and Road Initiative is connectivity;the factors that will have impacts on the agglomeration and diffusion of regional tourism economy are the focus forus to transform,upgrade,accelerate and improve the quality of tourism industry development. According to theory of new geography economics and province panel data of the Belt and Road from 2001 to 2014,the authors establish the Spatial Dubin Model (SDM) and carry out the empirical research on the spatial effect of such factors as traffic infrastructure on the regional tourism specialization. It is found that:first,the overall changes of the Belt and Road tourism specialization have demonstrated obvious characteristics of spatial relevance,the club agglomeration;second,there exists significant spatial spillover effect among different regional tourism specialization levels;and third,there is spatial difference between the direct effect and spatial spillover effect of such factors as different types of traffic infrastructure on regional tourism specialization.
