拉挤成型复合材料夹芯桥面板系采用拉挤成型工艺制作的轻木夹芯复合材料板材,具有质量轻、强度高、刚度大、耐久性好、生产效率高等优点。本文以杨木、无碱玻璃纤维以及不饱和聚酯树脂为原料,采用拉挤成型工艺制作了复合材料夹芯桥面板,对其进行了三点弯试验,得到了其破坏模式和弯曲力学行为。试验结果表明,与带肋腹板空心桥面板相比,拉挤成型复合材料桥面板弯曲承载力提高了87%,抗弯刚度提高了24%。
Pultruded composite sandwich bridge decks are manufactured by pultrusion process,which have a series of advantages,such as high strength,stiffness,durability and production efficiency,etc. Poplar wood,alkali-free glass fiber and unsaturated polyester resin were selected to manufacture pultruded composite sandwich bridge decks. The flexural mechanical performance and failure modes of pultruded composite sandwich bridge decks were investigated using three-point bending test. Compared with pultruded GFRP hollow bridge decks,the bearing capacity and bending stiffness of pultruded composite sandwich bridge deck increased to 87% and 24%,respectively.
