In recent years,setting technical standards through standard alliances is an important trend in standardization field,which is profoundly changing the rules of standards competition.Taking the case of AVS standards as research sample,the paper explores the mechanism of founding homegrown standards based on the allying behavior.Research shows that,under the background of technical standards citing more and more technology patents,allying behavior internalizes technology transaction and decreases the transaction cost,which provides an effect way for the technology integration of related patents.Meanwhile,standards alliances are helpful to sustainable development of cooperative innovation by operating intellectual property rights through the patent pools,thus promote the industrialization of homegrown standards.
