目的探寻南水北调水源区生态补偿研究存在的问题，寻找建立水源区补偿机制的思路。方法通过查阅大量的文献资料，进行理论分析。结果南水北调中线水源区生态建设预期的资金来源几乎全部依靠中央财政转移，缺乏市场运营机制和多渠道融资途径。结论国家应将水源区生态环境建设纳入西部大开发的统筹规划，借鉴国内外补偿经验，在南水北调中线水源区建立多元化的生态补偿机制。
英文摘要：
Aim To discuss the problems on eco-compensation of wafer source area in south-to-north water transfer project and establish the compensation mechanism of water resource area. Methods Taking the water source area in middle line south-to-north water transfer project as the research object, the current situation of eco-compensation of water source area was discussed. Results The ecological construction fund of water source area mainly depends on central government finance, which is short of the market operational mechanism and muhi-channel financial approach. Conclusion The government should take the eco-environment construction of water source area into account in National Western Development. And using the compensation experience from domestic and overseas for reference, the diversifying ecological compensation mechanism of water source area in south-to-north water transfer project has established.
