采用液相合成法制备出了CdWO4多晶料。研究了反应溶液pH对原料纯度的影响,探索出满足晶体生长用原料的最佳制备条件。利用提拉法生长出尺寸为15 mm×60 mm的透明、接近无色的钨酸镉单晶。透光性及发光性等单晶性能测试表明,CdWO4单晶在可见光区域的透过率达70%左右,吸收边位于315 nm,荧光发射峰位于473.8 nm,即本征发光由蓝光组成。
CdWO4polycrystalline materials were synthesized by liquid phase synthesis method.The effect of pH on material purity was investigated and optimal reaction conditions were studied to obtain pure CdWO4material.A transparent and almost colorless CdWO4crystal with a size of 15 mm × 60 mm was grown successfully by Czochralski method.The crystal was characterized by optical transmittance and fluorescence spectrum.The results show that the crystal has an absorption cut-off edge around 315 nm and optical transmittance of 70% in the visible light region,and fluorescent peak at 473.8 nm.Therefore,intrinsic luminescence of CdWO4consists of blue luminescence bands.
