To isolate components with anti - diabetes activity from Psidium guajava leaves, the constituents were extracted by 70% alcohol and isolated by chromatography on silica gel. The structures were determined by UV, NMR and MS spectral analysis. Three constituents were isolated, and their structures were elucidated as Psiguadial A （1）, Guajadial （2） and Psiguadial B （3） on spectra experiment respectively. All compounds contained structure of meroter-penoids with unusual skeletons.
