SrAl2O4∶Eu2+,Dy3+长余辉发光材料因耐水性差而使其应用受到极大限制。利用快速燃烧法对SrAl2O4∶Eu2+,Dy3+长余辉发光材料进行表面处理,以X射线粉末衍射、X射线光电子能谱、扫描电镜及荧光光谱等对表面处理前后SrAl2O4∶Eu2+,Dy3+长余辉发光材料进行表征。实验结果表明:经燃烧法表面处理后的SrAl2O4∶Eu2+,Dy3+长余辉发光材料表面获得了完整而致密的耐水性物质层,可有效提高材料耐水性能。
Owing to its poor water resistance,the application of SrAl2O4∶Eu2+,Dy3+ phosphors is limited seriously.In this paper,a rapid combustion method was introduced into the surface treatment of SrAl2O4∶Eu2+,Dy3+ phosphors.X-ray diffraction,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy,photoluminescence spectrophotometry and pH measurements were employed to characterize the treated and untreated phosphors.Experimental results showed that a compact layer was coated on the surface of SrAl2O4∶Eu2+,Dy3+ phosphors,which effectively improved the water resistance of phosphors.
