为了提高镁合金耐腐蚀性能,制备了血管支架用Mg-2Y-xZn-0.4Zr(x=0,1,2,4质量分数%)合金,采用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、失重等方法研究了四种合金在模拟人体体液(SBF溶液)中的腐蚀性能。结果表明,Zn元素的加入使得合金晶粒细化,1%的Zn元素加入后合金出现Mg3YZn6相,当Zn含量提高到2%时出现Mg3Y2Zn3相,合金耐腐蚀性能先提高后降低。Mg-2Y-1Zn-0.4Zr合金展现出最佳的耐腐蚀性能。
In order to improve the corrosion resistance of magnesium alloy, the corrosion performance of Mg-2Y-xZn-0.4Zr(x=0,1,2 and 4 wt.%) alloys in simulated human body solution(SBF solution) were studied by optical microscope, scanning electron microscope, X-ray diffraction and weight loss corrosion. The results show that the addition of Zn element makes the grain refinement, and the addition of 1% Zn element into the alloy produce Mg3YZn6 phase, and the Mg3Y2Zn3 phase forms when the content of Zn increases to 2%, the corrosion resistance of the alloys increase firstly and then decrease.Mg-2Y-1Zn-0.4Zr alloy exhibits the best corrosion resistance in this study.
