miRNA是由20-22个核苷酸组成的非编码小分子RNA,参与调控个体发育、细胞凋亡、增殖及分化等一系列重要细胞活动,与癌症的发生、发展密切相关。研究显示,miRNA-30在肺癌组织中表达,参与了肺癌发生、发展的重要的过程。miRNA-30在预测肺癌患者预后中具有潜在价值,可应用于肺癌疗效评估,也是酪氨酸激酶抑制剂治疗敏感性及预后的预测指标。本文主要就miRNA-30与肺癌关系的最新进展进行综述。
miRNA is a class of non-protein-coding small RNA consisting of 20-22 nucleotides. miRNA has been found to regulate a variety of biological processes including cell differentiation, proliferation and development of lung cancer, miRNA-30 is potentially valuable in predicting the prognosis of patients with lung cancer, which can be applied for the evaluation of the efficacy of lung cancer and is also a predictor of the sensitivity and prognosis of tyrosine kinase inhibitor therapy. This article reviews the latest progress on miRNA-30 in lung cancer.
