HPLC and flow injection chemiluminescence method were used to determine the content and oxidation resistance of flavonoid compound before and after oxidation,respectively.The results showed that the contents of quercetin,rutin and epicatechin were 0.100 9,0.100 7 and 0101 0 mg/mL before oxidation and 0.098 8,0.096 2 and 0.090 5 mg/mL after oxidation,respectively.The oxidation resistance of flavonoids before oxidation was stronger than that of flavonoids after oxidation.The oxidation resistance of flavonoids ordered as quercetinrutinepicatechin.
