定向井泥页岩地层复杂事故处理

定向井钻进至泥页岩地层容易发生复杂情况,甚至会出现卡钻填井事故.针对此问题开展了预防及处理复杂事故的实践技术研究,以安全经济为主的原则,通过分析地层岩性,在钻井液性能调节、复杂事故处理及设备配套方面进行了优选,采用不同的途径解决钻进至泥页岩地层出现的复杂事故问题.通过对马2-1H 井、高庙103D 井、雷X 井3 口定向井/ 水平井施工过程中出现的复杂事故概况进行分析研究,尤其是出现不同的井下影响因素条件下,分析处理事故复杂的共性,把钻进至泥页岩地层前后的施工概况、出现复杂事故的处理过程、原因分析等归纳总结,以点带面,找出共同点,提出预防定向井/ 水平井泥页岩地层钻进发生复杂事故的建议,同时对已经发生复杂事故的定向井/ 水平井处理积累经验.

英文摘要:

Complex accidents may occur when drilling to shale formation in directional wells, even well plug-back accident may occur due to pipe sticking. To solve this problem, research on practice technique was conducted to prevent and handle complex accidents. By the safety and economic-oriented principle and through analysis of formation lithologies, optimization was made on drilling lfuid property adjustment, complex accident handling and supporting equipment, and different methods were employed to remove the complex accidents occurred when drilled to shale formations. Analysis and research were conducted to the complex accidents occurred in drilling three directional/horizontal wells: Ma 2-1H, Gaomiao 103D and LeiX, the general characters of complex accidents were analyzed, esp. upon different downhole inlfuence factors. The general drilling situation prior to and after drilling into shale formation, handling process of complex accidents and cause analysis were summarized from point to area and their general characters were found out, then suggestions were made to prevent complex accidents when drilling into shale formation in directional/horizontal wells. Also, experiences were collected from directional/horizontal wells where complex accidents had occurred.
