传统的种子活力检测法不能实现对每一粒种子进行精准无损检测。通过实验研究了利用主观激光散斑和客观激光散斑检测大豆活力的方法,对已有的各种散斑动态特性描述算法的效果及检测速度进行了比较。结果表明,利用主观激光散斑和客观激光散斑均可实现对每一粒大豆种子活力的快速精准无损检测:需要以图像的形式给出定性检测结果时,应采用主观激光散斑进行检测,采用广义差分算法进行处理。需要得到大豆活力的定量检测结果时,应采用客观激光散斑进行检测,采用相关系数法对散斑进行处理。
The accurate non-destructive detection for every seed can not be achieved by traditional seed vitality detection method. The detect method of soybean vitality based on subjective laser speckle and objective laser speckle were researched by experiments. The effectiveness and speed of various laser speckle dynamic characteristics describe algorithm were comparatively studied in the detection of soybean vitality. The results show that, fast and accurate non-destructive detection for every soybean seed can be achieved by both subjective speckle and objective speckle method, the generalized difference algorithm should be used to process subjective speckle when the qualitative results need to be given in the form of images, and the objective speckle detection with the correlation coefficient method should be used while need the quantitative detection of soybean vitality.
