目的 优化MRI检查预约沟通内容和通知单功能,进一步保障顺利完成检查和图像质量,维护和谐的医患关系。方法 根据自行设计的调查表,对持通用MRI检查预约单的受检者进行检查前的知情和准备情况调查。在此基础上整合、增减通用预约单等相关资料,形成具有针对性的MRI检查预约沟通内容和功能优化后的新版预约通知单。比较持新、旧预约通知单受检者的知情和准备情况,对2组受检者的完成、退单、重约、爽约、纠纷发生和图像优良率,采用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计分析,并详细总结了MRI室可能因预约沟通环节产生医患矛盾或纠纷的主要原因。结果 2组受检者的知情和准备情况总体比较差异显著(Z=46.902,P=0.000);2组受检者MRI检查的完成、退单、重约、爽约、纠纷发生和图像质量优良率之间也存在显著性差异(Z=16.257,P=0.000)。结论 详细、准确的MRI预约沟通内容,既可以满足受检者的知情要求,保障安全、顺利完成检查和图像质量,也有利于进一步维护和谐的医患关系。
Objective To optimize the communication contents and appointment notices to ensure smooth completion of the magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) while providing excellent image quality and maintaining a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients. Methods Examinees' situations which knowing of the communication contents with holding the old common appointment notices were investigated according to the questionnaire designed by ourselves. On the base of the investigation results above, materials relative to the old common version of the appointment notice were regulated to in- tegrate and to design a new version of appointment notices. Then another investigation performed the same way as above was conducted for the cases with holding the new appointment notices. Finally, Examinees'knowing and preparing situations of the appointment notices were compared between the 2 groups, and ratios of competition, cancel, re - appointment, dispute be- tween the examinees and doctors, and excellent image quality of the 2 groups were analyzed by using the SPSS 17.0 software. Results There is a significant difference of the knowing and preparing situation of the communication contents and appoint- ment notices between the 2 groups in general, Z = 46. 902, P = 0. 000. Ratios of the competition, cancel, re - appointment, dispute and excellent image quality also shown significant statistical differences between the 2 groups, Z = 16. 257, P = 0. 000. Conclusion Detail and accurate communication contents could not only meet the rules of right to know of the exami- nees, but also help to decrease or avoid the obstacles during the communication and the MRI while also providing excellent image quality.
